Villa Modumbi

Villa Modumbi was built by an Italian couple in 2003. The villa is mainly accomplished in teak and iron wood that is coming from the island of Borneo. The villa consists of 2 structures; the two storey Main Villa and Dependent Room which is newly added as a 3rd double bedroom. This charming 3 bedroom villa is nestled on 1,000 SqM property and located down a quiet back road in the popular area of Oberoi, which is close to the best restaurants and the beach.

This simple haven has a large garden with swimming pool and faces a two story house with a long open verandah with the dining area and living area. Big dining table which can accommodate up to 6 people is located in the corner of verandah and next to the dining area; a fully equipped kitchen is situated. Further next to the living, you will find a pond bale to spend your time relaxing during the day.

One step up, inside the house is a comfortable TV room equipped with a comfortable big sofa, a flat screen TV with international channels and DVD player where you can watch your favorite movies. Flanked to the TV room, there is a 2nd bedroom en-suite bathroom.

There is a full-equipped kitchen and spacious indoor-outdoor bathroom with tub facing an inner garden courtyard. The large upstairs master bedroom with its own rest room is with wooden floors with wardrobe and study desk, opening up to a balcony overlooking the garden. A dependent third bedroom en-suite bathroom is located near the entrance of the villa. This air- conditioned bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, DVD player and safe box.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - August 31.
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 9.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
