Villa Serai is an older residence that has been given a new lease of life through an aesthetic refurbishment. This charming three bedroom retreat is encompassed by a generous landscaped garden in the village of Umalas.

With a wide terrace overlooking a manicured lawn at the front, Villa Serai captures the spirit of tropical living by embracing the outdoors. The entire house is decorated in calming shades of colour to soothe the senses.

Quiet Location
Located in the sleepy village of Umalas, Villa Serai is removed from the frenzied pace of mainstream tourism. Yet it is still close enough to enjoy an array of wining, dining and shopping pleasures in the stylish district of Seminyak.

Umalas is a semi-rural area that still maintains its traditional roots and cultural way of life. A nearby equestrian centre operates scenic horse riding tours through rice terraces and along the beach. The international airport is a 30 minute drive away.

Restful Bedrooms
Two tastefully appointed bedrooms are positioned side by side. Each room is lavishly furnished in a style reminiscent of a French boudoir with silky fabrics and elaborate lighting fixtures. There is a shared en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and rain shower.

The master suite across the hallway is just as glamorous with its cool grey walls, classic furnishings, decorative mirrors and chandelier lighting. A mosaic tile encrusted bathroom comes with a rain shower recess and a stunning vanity featuring glass basins.

Stylish Living
The same classic decor has been applied to Villa Serai’s open-plan living environment. A plush cushioned sofa with a low opium table is tucked neatly into a far corner facing a plasma television complete with home entertainment system.

This area incorporates a modern kitchen featuring all necessary appliances and tableware. A delicately carved table setting designed for up to six guests welcomes evenings of good food, wine and social conversation.

Outdoor Delights
A spacious back garden lends itself to quality time out. The full sized swimming pool is completely surrounded by stone paving. Tropical palms, bamboo and indigenous flora have been planted around the fence to add a touch of greenery.

There are different seating options, including unique leaf-shaped beds, placed around the pool to relax and soak up the sun. A multi-functional outdoor table setting is the perfect spot for casual alfresco dining under the stars.

   All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival
   - Welcome drink upon arrival
   - Daily Continental breakfast for 2 persons per room
2. Optional Service (at additional charge upon request)
   - Airport transfer service at USD 25 net/car/way (up to 6 persons)
   - Full day charter service at USD 50 net/car/10 hours inclusive driver, guide and petrol (up to 6 persons)
   Booking is required at least 1 day in advance.
3. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: February 5 - July 14 and August 26 - October 31.
   Peak season period: July 15 - August 25 and December 15 - January 6.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
