Located in the Oberoi district of Bali, The Maharaj is a stylish addition to the villas of Bali. Behind high walls guaranteeing its security, this villa has its own grounds containing a guesthouse, two-storey main house, and a private twelve - meter swimming pool.
Prominent features of the house are its large open-air living room opening on the pool deck, providing an easy transition from indoors to out. Its large freeform swimming pool has an eye-catching shape, emphasizing and reinforcing the minimalist features of the villa. The decor is funky yet stylish, pulling a mix of elements together into a modern and youthful combination.
The two buildings feature a mix of stone, wood and marble flooring. High ceilings grace all the rooms with the focus of the complex being inwards toward the swimming pool. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, with fans decorating the ceilings within the open-air areas. A bathtub large enough for more than two looking out onto is own private garden is the focal point of the master bedroom. There are four full-sized bedrooms with queen-sized bed, additional sleeping space is provided with the inclusion of a fifth bedroom featuring a single bed intended for use by children or nannies.
Located within walking distance of the famous La Luciola restaurant and the Oberoi beach, this villa is within easy striking distance of many of the islands hotspots such as the Living room restaurant and Ku De Ta. A villa for relaxation and play!
Staff
The Maharaj is fully serviced by: A full-time house manager, One full-time cook, Three maids, Four security guards, One gardener and pool attendant.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rates
All rates are quoted in USD, subject to 15% government tax & service charge, inclusive of refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival, and airport pick-up service. Rates do not include breakfast. .
- High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week.
Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
- Terms of Payment
• All enquiries can only be held for 5 working days without
guarantee deposit
• A deposit of 50% of the rental amount should be received
within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation
has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) days
or immediately if booking is made less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
• Final payment is required 61 days prior to arrival (91
days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
• Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the
guests
- Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
• Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if
the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation
is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for
Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. Final
payments are non-refundable.
