Villa Casa Mateo was designed to incorporate the Bali Modern in natural characteristic with its clean style and traditional materials. The Villa has ample secluded spaces to relax in with a book or take an afternoon nap. Villa Casa Mateo is sure to please both young and old. The lush tropical garden has been beautifully landscaped and features some of local tropical vegetation found in Bali today, all within your own private villa. The Main Villa has 3 bedrooms which include a double bed on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor (Master bedroom and Twin Bedroom). The living area overlooking to the 20 x 4 meter pool and the Jacuzzi offers a perfect environment to the pampered by villa staff day and night. The main villa is also completed with cinema room, and a mezzanine on the top level that is perfect as a reading area or simply just for some private relaxation. Casa Mateo is a fully appointed private villa residence with staff attending to your every need, day and night, to ensure your stay is memorable. Decorated with comfortable modern contemporary furniture, the villa is both luring and eminently stylish.

The adjacent building has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and another one twin beds. The villa is suitable for a maximum of 10 guests and has a living and dining pavilion opposite the pool. All five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and are all en-suite with beautiful outdoor bathrooms. The fully appointed rooms use the highest grade of white fresh linen and soft pillows for pure relaxation and comfort.

The Location
Located within walking distance of the famous Petitenget Beach and quiet street behind of busy restaurant district of Jalan Laksmana, this villa is within easy striking distance of many of the islands hotspots such as Lalu Ciola, The Living Room, Hu'u, Mykonos and Kudeta Restaurant.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net, quoted in USD, and inclusive of government tax, service charge, welcome drink and chilled towel upon arrival, fruit arrangement upon arrival, daily coffee and tea service, welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits, and snacks, Western or Asian breakfast, return airport transfers, a car (excluding gasoline) and driver service.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: Easter week, July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8.
3. Terms of Payment
   • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid 35 days prior to scheduled arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
   • For bookings that are cancelled 36 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee. • For bookings that are cancelled 35 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
