Villa Coco is a boutique property located right in the heart of the Legian / Seminyak shopping and entertainment district. Our beach side entrance is just 2-3 minutes walk from the sands of Seminyak’s “Blue Ocean” beach. Your own private lush gardens surround each villa. Here we’ve created the ideal setting for you to relax in your hammock and dream the day away. At night sit back and enjoy the ambience as our staff creates one our famous romantic candle light dinner.

The Location
Villa Coco is strategically located on Jalan Double Six, Seminyak. It is only 100ms from the beach, a short walk to the popular beach front restaurants, bars, clubs and pubs in Seminyak.

One Bedroom & Two Bedroom Villas
Most of our One and Two Bedroom Villas are traditional thatched roofed style Balinese bungalows with modern conveniences. Each villa has its own large private garden to offer the guests a very private space to relax and enjoy. All of our air-conditioned bedrooms have en-suite toilets and canopy bedding. Large dining and living areas ensure that there is space for everybody.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net, inclusive of applicable government tax and service charge. Free daily Continental breakfast for minimum 4 night stay.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - September 30; Peak season period: December 15 - January 10
3. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
