Two Bedroom Villa
5 units of peaceful and spacious villas; each two-bedroom villa features 320-350 square meters land, beautiful long square swimming pool with sun deck, semi open living and dinning areas with kitchen set, home theater, TV cable, speedy internet connection, relaxing gazebo, surrounded by minimalist tropical landscape garden.

Three Bedroom Villa
2 units of luxury villas; each three-bedroom villa features 420-480 square meters land, beautiful long square swimming pool with sun deck, spacious bathroom tub and indoor shower, open and cozy living room, fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, TV with international channels and home theater.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are net, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge and the following benefits:
   - Cold towel and special refreshment upon arrival
   - In-villa flower arrangement
   - In-villa seasonal tropical fresh fruit arrangement
   - In-villa daily choice of breakfast
   - Free shuttle service to Seminyak based on car availability
   - Return airport transfers
   - Personalized check-in and check-out services
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 15 – September 15; peak season period: December 22 – January 05
3. Terms of Payment
   Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
   - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
   - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
