Dutch owned family villa resort in an unspoiled East Bali nature.
The villa consists of four main buildings, is stylishly equipped
with 4 double bedrooms which each has private walled garden, an
open air shower, an impressive swimming pool with Balinese bale
- a shaded area, and 7000 m2 beautiful lush natural tropical garden.

Villa Pandan Wangi extends over a total area of 8.000 m2 with 7000
m2 lush terraced garden completely walled around.
Villa Pandan Wangi follows a contemporary traditional
Balinese pattern design, as the result of idea combination between
a well-known Dutch and a Balinese architect.

In-Villa Dining
Our interest is to provide excellent quality cuisines. Selected
of dish menu is prepared by using chosen and fresh ingredients.
Make your choices and enjoy the good range of Indonesian and European
cuisines served on the beautiful table setting, at an open air dining
pavillion, in the ambience of gentle mountain breeze.
The Staff
Five charming staff would like to welcome and give best service
(a talented cook, friendly & helpful male and female housekeeper,
a gardener, a night guard). During your stay, the English communicable
cook and housekeepers will also spend their time to ensure your
needs are at full service.
The Location
Perched on the slope of Mount Agung Bali highest and most sacred
mountain the villa is overlooking rice fields, the Tirta Gangga
valley, Mount Seraya, island and strait of Lombok. On the north
of back garden, Mount Agung is clearly seen.

About 90 km drive east of Kuta, Sanur, and the airport.
Only 20 km drive east of Candidasa, gate of East Bali.
500 meters walk west of Tirtagangga Water Palace.
8 minutes drive to downtown Amlapura and public facilities.
15 minutes drive to Taman Ujung Palace.
30 minutes drive to activity areas of diving, snorkeling, fishing,
sailing, trekking, and rafting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rates
All rates are net, inclusive of applicable government
tax, service charge, refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and
daily personalized breakfast for 2 persons per room.
- High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 1 - August 31; Peak season period: December
15 - January 10
- Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required
within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with
the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full
final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic
bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking)
or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic
transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
- Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before
arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative
fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before
arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by
fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a
deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and
the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the
payment.
