Villa Raifu Sanur Bali
Villa Raifu is composed
of 7 private villa units featuring 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, hidden away
in the village of Sanur, only a 10-minute drive away from a white
sandy Sanur beach. Each villa is secluded within a tropical garden
highlighted by a personal swimming pool and sundeck where guests
can relax and sunbathe without the unnecessary disturbances found
in a large hotel. The open lounge, dining and kitchen areas merge
harmoniously together to create a sense of spaciousness.
Villa Raifu employs a team of
full time staff to take care of and anticipate all necessary guest
requirements. All villas are serviced daily by unobtrusive housekeeping
and gardening staff that provide a level of luxury that one could
well get used to. For guests’ leisure conveniences our staff
will be of assistance to help arrange baby sitting service, meals
delivery services from nearest restaurant, free shuttle around Sanur
area on schedule, laundry service etc.
Each villa at Villa Raifu features private swimming
pool & sundeck, air conditioned bedroom, en-suite bathroom with
hot & cold running water and completed with guest amenities.
Other facilities also provided in each villa includes safety deposit
box, mini bar, 29” TV, IDD telephone, hair dryer, coffee maker,
ceiling fan, cooking and dining equipment in villa kitchen.

All rates are net, inclusive of applicable government
tax, service charge with the following benefits:
* Welcome drink and cool face towel upon arrival
* Daily 2 (two) bottles of mineral water
* Flower arrangement and fruit basket upon arrival
* Daily afternoon tea / coffee with Balinese cake at 03.30 pm

- Terms of Payment
Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back)
+ passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit
(from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank
Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation,
will guarantee the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
- Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
- Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total
room reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total
room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation
value
