- For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request, a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable
- For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
- Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date - Cancellation Policy
- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
- 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period
- Shortening of stay for any reason can be considered as a cancellation and charges may apply

Villa Description
Prominent features of the house are its large open-air living room opening on the pool deck, providing an easy transition from indoors to out. Its large freeform swimming pool has an eye-catching shape, emphasizing and reinforcing the minimalist features of the villa. The dcor is funky yet stylish, pulling a mix of elements together into a modern and youthful combination.The two buildings feature a mix of stone, wood and marble flooring. High ceilings grace all the rooms with the focus of the complex being inwards toward the swimming pool. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, with fans decorating the ceilings within the open-air areas. A bathtub large enough for more than two looking out onto is own private garden is the focal point of the master bedroom. There are four full-sized bedrooms with queen-sized bed, additional sleeping space is provided with the inclusion of a fifth bedroom featuring a single bed intended for use by children or nannies.
Located within walking distance of the famous La Luciola restaurant and the Oberoi beach, this villa is within easy striking distance of many of the islands hotspots such as the Living room restaurant and Ku d Ta. A villa for relaxation and play!
