Grocery bills plus 20% ++ surcharge. - Terms of Payment
- For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request, a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable
- For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
- Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date - Cancellation Policy
- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
- 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period
- Shortening of stay for any reason can be considered as a cancellation and charges may apply

Located in the coastal village of Ketewel, Villa Maya is just a 10 minute drive north of Sanur and is approximately 30 minutes from the cultural heart of Ubud. Ketewel is a traditional area known for its sacred sea temple and a nearby surf break with world-class waves. Considerably distanced from the trappings of mainstream tourism, it is where travellers can come to escape the pressures of living in todays fast-paced world. Villa Maya is strategically positioned to enjoy all of the islands best attractions and it is 45 minutes from the airport.
Villa Maya has been designed to embrace the outdoors with an open-plan living and dining area facing the pool. There is a harmonious contrast between the contemporary furnishings, local artworks and primitive artefacts sourced from around the Indonesian archipelago. A table for six is positioned for evenings of wining and dining soothed by the gentle waters of an adjacent lotus pond. A fully-equipped service kitchen is tucked neatly out of sight where delicious meals are prepared on request. There is even a barbeque to make holiday dining complete.
The master bedroom, with its elevated roof and lavish en-suite bathroom, is an adult sanctuary located upstairs for heightened privacy. It comes complete with a wide balcony where sweeping views refresh the body, mind and spirit. Two identical bedrooms, styled for absolute comfort, are located downstairs on opposite ends of the living environment. Each features its own garden bathroom with a sunken terrazzo bathtub and overhead rain shower.
