Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made by the guests more than180 days before arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client. However an administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests 180 and 90 days before arrival date, 70% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests between 90 and 31 days before arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests less than 31 days before arrival date, 0% of the total rental amount will be refundable.

Villa Description

The villa is a 2 storey building with the ground floor living area and the 3 upstairs bedrooms all overlooking the swimming pool and tropical garden. The open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting lounge with a TV and DVD player, and a guest bathroom. The 3 bedrooms share a balcony looking down to the pool. Each of them have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Daily maid service and Wi-Fi internet are included.
