High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: June 16 - September 30 and Easter Week (March 26 - April 4).
Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.

- Extra person using extra bed is available at extra charge

In Villa Meals
Chef at extra charge USD 40 per visit, grocery bills plus 25% surcharge.
Terms of Payment
- All enquiries can only be held for three (3) working days without guaranteed deposit
- A non refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within three (3) working days to guarantee the booking
- Final balance payment is required no later than thirty (30) days prior to arrival OR sixty (60) days for Christmas/New Year bookings
- Last minute booking (within 30 days or less prior to arrival), a full payment is required to guarantee the booking
- Final payments are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy for booking during Low/High Season period:
- 31 Days or more prior to check-in date - 50% from total room reservation value
- 30 Days or less prior to check-in date - 100% from total room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
Cancellation policy for booking during Peak Season period:
- 61 Days or more prior to check-in date - 50% from total room reservation value
- 60 Days or less prior to check-in date - 100% from total room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value

Villa Description

The first level of the villa contains the open living and dining area, and three en-suite bedrooms with all bedrooms overlooking the pool and featuring flat screen TVs, DVD player and of course are fully air-conditioned.

There is a second level to the villa on one side which contains a fantastic bar/games room with pool table, and the 4th twin bedroom with en-suite which can be converted to a king bedroom.

There is a covered outdoor lounge area beside the pool which is perfect for just hanging out with family and friends, and the villa has a built-in surround sounds system with speakers throughout the villa which can be controlled by zones which is perfect for playing some nice chilled lounge music or party rock, depending on where your mood takes you!

Guests are greeted and introduce to our Villa by either our experienced Villa Manager or Senior Butlers. The Villa Manager will always be available to assist with anything you need whether that is arranging in-villa spa and massage treatments, arranging day tours or transport, booking restaurants, or generally just being available to assist with any of your needs or requests. The villa is staffed with professional Butler, maid, pool attendants and gardeners. The staff are expertly trained to ensure they are there to attend to your every need, but all the while remaining discreet and unobtrusive. Time and time again, we hear from our guests that it has been our friendly villa staff that have really made our guests holiday something special!
