Rates do not include breakfast. - High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year (February 3 - February 9) and Easter Week (March 27 - April 2).
Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights. - Villa Capacity
- Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room
- Extra person / extra bed is available at USD35/night
- Additional breakfast is available at USD10/person per meal - Cancellation Policy
- Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full subject to the approval of individual property owners
- Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay. Final payment are non-refundable

The nearest beach is at the end of Jalan Double Six where fellow travellers gather on a daily basis to catch a few waves or watch the sunset. Sunset Road is also relatively close by providing easy access to Kuta and the airport.
