The main villa runs the length of the pool and houses the master bedroom, twin bedroom (both with en suite) and a large open plan living and kitchen area. Adjacent to the main villa are two identical self-contained one bedroom villas; one enjoying a view of the pool and the other looking onto the lush tropical garden.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation. Final payment should be settled 30 days prior to arrival in Bali. Full payment is required for bookings made within 45 days prior to arrival. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit will be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-book the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee.

Villa Description
French windows open onto the garden and pool area from the master bedroom. Here a four-poster antique bed is complimented by antique occasional furniture. Hidden behind the bed is a large walk through wardrobe and dressing table, which leads to an attractive open air en suite, complete with bathtub, sitting shower and a standing shower in the private garden under a frangipani tree.
The twin bedroom is optional depending on group size. Here twin single beds enjoy a view of the bedrooms private rock garden. The room has en suite with standing shower and attractive stone wash basin.
All the double bedrooms have TVs and DVD players, plus safety deposit boxes and all rooms are air-conditioned. Both the twin bedroom and master bedroom connect to the living area.
The spacious living area enjoys a wall-to-wall view over the garden and pool through three French windows. These can be opened onto the garden or closed off enabling the room to be air-conditioned. A large L shaped banana leaf sofa and a day bed provide comfortable lounging areas, which maximize the garden view. There is a 40 flat screen TV with DVD player and satellite channels, plus an iPod docking unit. Antique artefacts and furnishings adorn this space complemented by contemporary artwork - creating a rarefied ambience. A long black granite bar partitions the living area from the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas oven and hobs, double sink, kettle, toaster, blender and juicer, plus quality flatware and silverware.
The two identical one-bedroom villas both enjoy private open-air terraces with lounge, dining and kitchen areas and garden views. The kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezers, toasters, kettles and gas hobs. Both double bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, rattan chairs, plus built in wardrobes and dressing tables. The guest room en suites enjoy open air showers and small rock gardens.
Four sun loungers flank the lap pool; two at either end on white palimanan stone patios. Also in the garden a dining table (sits 8) enjoys the breeze, although is situated under a roof for shade.
