- For cancellations made by the guests more than180 days before arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client. However an administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests 180 and 90 days before arrival date, 70% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests between 90 and 31 days before arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests less than 31 days before arrival date, 0% of the total rental amount will be refundable.

Villa Description
Villa Leoli includes a large beautiful open plan lounge, a dining and kitchen overlooking the swimming pool with its shallow waters. A great place to watch the kids play! If you wish, we can put a pool fence for your baby kids.
The dining table and lounge are big enough to seat 12 adults comfortable. There are also perfect places to entertain. Our property includes 4 stunning bedrooms, each fitted with quality linen. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 single beds in the 4th bedroom.
Upstairs bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms, each have there own bathrooms and sunset terraces. Ideal for those private morning coffees or quiet sunset drinks. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a beautiful appointed bathroom which includes a large bath. Great for the family. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and cable TV.
