The space
Our amazing spacious villa is in the perfect location. It is not only within walking distance from Jalan Dhyana Pura (one of the main streets of Seminyak) and the beach, it also is in a quiet neighborhood making it feel like a secluded private retreat.
The Villa Exotic is the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, from the spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to the large living room that opens out to a tropical oasis with private deck and pool.
The living area includes:
3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
Fully equipped and updated open kitchen
On lower floor - large living room with entertainment system
On upper floor - seating area with a view of the deck and pool
A dining area set to accommodate a large group

The neighborhoodOverview
Within couple minutes you can get to the coolest amusing destinations like Cocoon beach club, Red Carpet Champagne bar, world famous beach-clubs Ku De Ta and Potato Head. Seminyak beach with lot of bars, restaurants, surf schools and night clubs is just 10-15 min walk.
The location of the villa also gives easy and fast access to other popular destinations such as Kuta beach and Canggu by car.
Getting around
It normally takes 25-30 minutes to get to get to Villa Exotic from the airport. The villa driver will meet you in the airport and will be holding a sign with your name on it. Once you arrive you will be greeted by the villa manager, whom will give you the keys and a quick tour of facilities. After the tour and all your
needs are met the manager will leave you to settle in.
