1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in IDR net per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival with private air-conditioned vehicle
   - Personalized check-in service upon arrival in the villa
   - 1 x In villa breakfast (first morning only)
   - Free Wi-Fi internet service
   - Government tax and service charge
   - Personalized check-out service upon departure in the villa
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, December 10 - 19, Chinese New Year & Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 9.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 6 nights.
3. Villa Capacity
   - Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room
   - Extra person using extra bed is available at extra charge, maximum 1 extra bed / bedroom
4. Cancellation Policy
   -For cancellations made by the guests more than180 days before arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client. However an administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
   - For cancellations made by the guests 180 and 90 days before arrival date, 70% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
   - For cancellations made by the guests between 90 and 31 days before arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
   - For cancellations made by the guests less than 31 days before arrival date, 0% of the total rental amount will be refundable.
