- For cancellations made by the guests more than180 days before arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client. However an administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests 180 and 90 days before arrival date, 70% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to the client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests between 90 and 31 days before arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount will be refundable, bank charges involved will also be charged to client and administration fee of 50 US$ will be charged to the client.
- For cancellations made by the guests less than 31 days before arrival date, 0% of the total rental amount will be refundable.

The Neighborhood
10mn from Seminyak, 10mn to Berawa beach and also only 5mn to the famous Canggu Club with all its facilities (tennis courts, gym, bowling alley, soccer field, splash park and bounce park " not to mention its cafes and restaurants.) Restaurants, Couscous cafes, mini markets are at a walking distance from the villa.
Getting Around
We can easily help you hire motorbikes or car during your stay or organize a driver or a Chef on demand should you require so. Taxi also come to the villa in 5mn after our staff call them for you. We also offer lots of extra activities and tours to visit and have fun in Bali.
