This villa is a stunning 6-bedroom luxury villa, located in the heart of Seminyak.

The architect of the villa ,the internationally recognised, Mr. Ross Franklin, was asked to design a villa in Bali that was a modern mixture of the old plantation house, where the grandmother of the owners grew up in Java and the Black and White House in Singapore where they lived for many years. In the 19th century in Java was in its haydays a place where many visitors enjoyed the famous hospitality of Majoor Jantje. In the surroundings of Citeureup, south of Jakarta, the house was well known for its beauty and its social gatherings.

Villa Description

This villa in Seminyak nowadays reflects this atmosphere of an old plantation house in the 19th century with a tropical Javanese flavor. It is a magnificent 6-bedroom villa with high ceilings, lots of light and a beautiful garden and will make you feel instantly at home. The villa is surrounded by a peaceful private tropical garden though the location is super central in the heart of Balis most sought after neighborhood, Seminyak.

The villa has 6 luxury bedrooms. Four double bedrooms, that can also be set up as two singles, are located on the ground- and first floor of the main building. Two bedrooms are located in a separate pavilion with interconnecting doors, making it perfect for families. In fact, one of the bedrooms in the guest house features a king-sized bed on ground level and two single beds on a mezzanine for the kids. All six air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with comfortable high-quality king-sized beds, a TV, elegant wardrobe closets and private en-suites with bathtubs.

With an amazing pool in the tropical garden, entertaining area, office space and a professional team of staff to cater to every need. Our house manager Wayan will provide you with all your needs to make you feel at home immediately.

The stunning villa is not short of entertainment choices with a modern media room on the first floor. Equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flatscreen TV, is it the perfect room for a movie night. The huge swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with sunbeds shaded by palm trees.

The villa has a beautiful dining room furnished with a 14-seater dining table next to the Buddhist indoor garden. The high ceilings with a tropical atmosphere embraces the feeling of an old plantation house. The dining area is followed by a fully equipped kitchen with additional chef services available.

Our professional and experienced staff members are around to make sure you get all you need. Our friendly staff awaits you upon arrival with their warm Balinese hospitality at the luxury villa, making your stay most pleasurable. The butler service is available from 7am - 10pm.

The Villa Manager and staff are on hand everyday to look after every need. The villa includes housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services and wash up. Additionally, there are full-time security guards available.

The villa is located in a peaceful lane in the heart of Seminyak where you will find great hotspots within a ten-minute walk. Gado Gado Beach is about 10 minutes away on foot and is the perfect spot to enjoy Balis famous sunsets with a cold drink in hand. The luxury villa is the perfect choice for large groups with all the attractions of Seminyak waiting right on your doorstep. It takes around 25 minutes to drive to Balis International Airport.
